Tonight Jackie went to Ms. Bumpas' house for her birthday to watch the movie Twilight. Once Rachel was in bed, I decided to prepare for my Texas Hold'em Tournament in Stephenville, Texas. Only 300 people get invited to play. The winner is crowned Texas State Champion and gets $9000.00 or their $10,000 buy-in to the World Series of Poker in Las Vegas. In 2005, I was very close. I made the final table and finished 8th. The tournament is Saturday at 9:00 A.M. Wish me luck!!Tuesday, March 24, 2009
